Outpatient Family Medicine Physician at Warsaw Center Lake construction-site primary care clinic. Office hours 8am–5pm with flexible scheduling, 36 patient contact hours per week plus 4 hours of admin time, and a 1:6 call schedule in a light, manageable call environment. Leadership opportunities available; emphasizes team collaboration and a patient-first mindset. The team will be located at a new primary care site co-located with walk-in clinic operations and on-site lab and X-ray capabilities, and will eventually consist of four primary care providers.
