Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed for a new primary care site in Warsaw, IN. Role includes 8am–5pm office hours, 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours admin time, and a 1:6 call schedule with very light call. The team will operate at a new primary care construction site co-located with walk-in clinic operations and on-site lab and X-ray, with an eventual team of four primary care providers.
