Outpatient Family Medicine Physician sought for Parkview Health’s new primary care site at Warsaw Center Lake in Warsaw, IN. Weekend hours are not specified; Office Hours: 8am–5pm with 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of admin time. Very light call with a 1:6 schedule. Leadership opportunities available; emphasis on team collaboration and patient-first care. On-site features include lab and X-ray; team will comprise ~4 primary care providers.
