Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed for a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, IN. The role features 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours of admin time, 8am–5pm hours, a 1:6 call schedule, and very light call demands. Opportunity for leadership roles within a collaborative, patient-first team and a co-located facility with lab and X-ray capabilities. The team will eventually consist of 4 primary care providers at a site co-located with walk-in clinic operations. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or eligible
- MD/DO with active license in Indiana or eligible
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient-centered care approach
