Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed to join Parkview Health at a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, IN. Work hours are 8am–5pm with 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of admin time; very light call at 1:6. The site will be co-located with walk-in clinic operations and will have on-site lab and X-ray capabilities, with a team that will eventually consist of four primary care providers. Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school (MD or DO)
- Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain license in Indiana
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine (preferred)
- Experience in outpatient family medicine and team-based care is implied by role
- Ability to work at a new primary care site with on-site lab and X-ray capabilities
- Strong collaboration and patient-first mindset
