Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed to join Parkview Health at a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, IN. Role includes 8am–5pm hours, 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours admin time, 1:6 call, light call burden, opportunities for leadership, and a collaborative, patient-first clinical environment at a site co-located with walk-in clinic operations and on-site lab/X-ray capabilities. Team will comprise about 4 PCPs and is part of a large health system with extensive benefits (relocation, student loan assistance, retirement contributions, insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, incentive opportunities). Salary is highly competitive with annual incentive potential; relocation is paid. Benefits also include commencement bonus and other non-traditional benefits. Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required for practicing family medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Current medical license to practice in Indiana or eligible for IA licensure
- Ability to provide outpatient clinical care including 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours admin time
- Strong teamwork and leadership potential
- Ability to participate in on-site lab and X-ray operations
