Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician wanted to join a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, IN. Office hours are 8am–5pm with flexible scheduling, totaling 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of admin time. Current call schedule is 1:6 with very light and manageable call. Leadership opportunities available; emphasis on team collaboration and a patient-first mindset. The team will be located at Warsaw Center Lake and includes a on-site lab and X-ray; site will eventually consist of 4 primary care providers and is co-located with walk-in clinic operations. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Indiana medical license or eligibility
- Active DEA registration (as applicable)
- English communication skills
- Ability to work in an outpatient primary care setting
- Strong teamwork and patient-centered care philosophy
