Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join Parkview Health at a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, Indiana. Office hours are 8am–5pm with flexible scheduling; 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of admin time; current call schedule is 1:6 with very light and manageable call. Leadership opportunities available; emphasis on team collaboration and a patient-first mindset. The team will be located at the Warsaw Center Lake construction site, co-located with walk-in clinic operations and on-site lab and X-ray capabilities; eventually four primary care providers.
