Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed for a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, Indiana. 8am–5pm with 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of admin time; light call at 1:6. Opportunity for leadership and strong team collaboration with a patient-first mindset. Site co-located with walk-in clinic operations, on-site lab and X-ray; team will include four primary care providers. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine
- MD or DO degree in family medicine or equivalent
- eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
