Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed to join our Parkview Health team at a new primary care construction site in Warsaw, IN. Work 8am–5pm with 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of admin time, a 1:6 call schedule, and very light call. Opportunity for leadership roles within a collaborative, patient-first team that is co-located with walk-in clinic operations and will have on-site lab and X-ray capabilities. The site will eventually comprise 4 primary care providers and is part of a respected health system serving northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, with a strong emphasis on team communication and high-quality patient care.
