Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed at the new Warsaw Center Lake primary care site in Warsaw, IN. 8am–5pm office hours with 36 patient contact hours per week plus admin time and a 1:6 call schedule; includes leadership opportunities and a fully supported team at a co-located site with lab and X-ray. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO (medical degree)
