Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient-only setting, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans while collaborating with specialists and care teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on quality patient outcomes. This role offers a balanced schedule within a modern, multidisciplinary environment in Palm Coast, Coastal Florida, supported by on-site diagnostics and labs.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
