Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician position on Kauai, HI joining an established primary care team. Outpatient-only schedule with 16-20 patients per day; option to pick up Urgent Care shifts. Up to $360,000 total earning potential (base salary with productivity and quality bonuses). $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 relocation bonus. Eligible for student loan repayment programs (HELP and HSLRP). 25-35 days of paid vacation plus 10 paid holidays. Comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
