Job Summary
Outpatient Endocrinology at Lovelace Medical Group in Albuquerque: BE/BC Endocrinologist needed to join a collegial, employed team of 3 physicians and 1 NP. No hospital rounding; 4 hours of administrative time per week. See 20-22 patients per day in outpatient clinic with clinic-call 7 days per month (including 1 weekend). Use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe to streamline documentation, improve patient flow, and coding accuracy. Recruitment package includes base salary plus wRVU production incentive, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, medical debt assistance, relocation allowance, residency stipend, paid malpractice, health benefits, retirement plan, and practice-growth support.
