Outpatient Driver

Job Summary
Outpatient Driver works under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services and/or Outpatient Director to transport patients to and from programming, develop transportation routes, and engage with patients, families, and referral sources/community partners. The role requires travel outside the building, documentation of services for accreditation (Joint Commission and/or CARF), and completion of safety and education courses as required. Must be able to interact professionally with patients and staff, maintain accountability and teamwork, and may require flexible hours/overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- CPR certification within 30 days
- Handle with Care within 30 days
- Food Safe Certification
- State Driver’s License in good standing without infractions
