Job Summary
Ensure effective workflow within Food and Nutrition Services and HealthFit by acting as a nutrition resource for community and physicians. Evaluate, assess plans, chart in patient medical records, and implement patient nutritional care while complying with all nutrition standards of practice. Pursue optimal quality care and customer satisfaction standards. Maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols. Requires a minimum of one year of dietetics experience and a Florida Dietitian license within six months of employment. Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of dietetics experience
- Licensed Dietitian within 6 months of employment at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, or within 6 months after RD status obtained
- Active membership in professional dietetic associations at a local and national level
- Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics or related field
- Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
