Job Summary
Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing outpatient endoscopy procedures, including comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations, airway management, and post-anesthesia assessment. Monitor patient physiological status continuously and collaborate with gastroenterology providers and nurses to maintain efficient patient flow within a CRNA-only anesthesia team. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements while practicing onsite in Lynnwood, Washington. This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts per week with no evenings, weekends, holidays, or call, and includes a $20,000 commencement bonus alongside comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
- Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Current Washington State licensure and credentials required for CRNA practice, or eligibility to obtain them
- Strong anesthesia assessment, administration, monitoring, and airway-management capabilities
- Sound independent clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to provide anesthesia care effectively within an outpatient procedural environment
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week
- Ability to practice onsite in Lynnwood, Washington
Desired Qualifications
