Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic services for patients in an outpatient setting. Deliver process-oriented and didactic group counseling alongside individual, family, or crisis counseling to a caseload as part of an interdisciplinary team. Provide services Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 7:00PM, with Saturday availability, while maintaining current CASAC or QHP certification and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Chemical Dependency or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Master's Degree in related field
- 1 year of applicable experience
- 1 year related experience
- 1 year of experience
- Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification
- CASAC Certification
- Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations)
- LMHC
- LMSW
- CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire
- Background checks
