Job Summary
Outpatient Counselor/Therapist I or II at Conifer Park in Plattsburgh, NY, part of an interdisciplinary team providing psychosocial assessment, diagnostic services, and a range of counseling modalities (individual, family, crisis, and process-oriented group counseling) to outpatient clients. Sign-on bonus eligible for qualifying health professionals; schedule is 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri with every-other-Saturday).
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Chemical Dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience
- Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification
- CPR Certification within 6 months
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field for Therapist I with CASAC or QHP
- Master’s Degree in related field for Therapist II with LMHC or LMSW and 1 year experience
- Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings
