Job Summary
Outpatient Counselor at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) provides counseling services to participants per their individualized treatment plans, conducts educational presentations for participants and families, and collaborates with a treatment team. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy from a CSWE-accredited program, possess AZBBHE licensure at the associate or independent level, have at least 1 year of full-time behavioral health experience, and are eligible for clinical supervision toward licensure. The role supports a range of behavioral health and substance use treatment services across Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work from a CSWE-accredited program required
- Minimum of one (1) year of full-time behavioral health experience is required
- Must be Licensed at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Addiction Counselor required (Addiction Counselor applicable to residential programs only)
- Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meet requirements to provide clinical supervision towards licensure
- Valid ID required
- Finger Print Clearance Card required
