Outpatient Clinician

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy for outpatient clients, including crisis screening, outreach, brief interventions, and standard psychotherapy. Maintain clinical records adhering to state and national certification standards, ensuring assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes are completed within payer requirements. Participate in clinical supervision, case staff meetings, and in-service training while providing consultation and education to community stakeholders such as police departments and schools. Establish relationships with community agencies and complete daily schedules and Carelogic alerts promptly. Adhere to the MTBH Ethical Code of Conduct and all policies.
