Job Summary
Provide outpatient counseling services to clients, including adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples through individual, group, and assessment modalities. Manage intakes, assessments, treatment, and discharge planning while charting progress and maintaining clinical records. Monitor client needs, submit monthly service reports, and coordinate services with state, federal, and local agencies using evidence-based practices. Deliver client-centered care supervised by a Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator within the Triple Aim framework.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC or LMFT in Good Standing
- (Temporary license does not qualify)
- Must possess a Master's degree in a related discipline, i.e. MA, MC, MSW
- Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligible for Arizona license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- Must pass background check in accordance with Terros Health and DCS requirements including, but not limited to, no restraining orders within the last 10 years
- Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events
- Must have ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary and appropriate
- Must possess Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role
- Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
- Must be 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders
- DV experience
- Behavioral Health Experience
- Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen a plus
- Will consider experienced BHT Level Therapists with Experience
