Job Summary
Outpatient Clinician at Terros Health provides outpatient counseling services at Woodlands Village Health Center in Flagstaff, AZ. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling for individuals/families, utilizing evidence-based practices within a Triple Aim framework. The role requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health and Arizona licensure or eligibility, with preferred experience in treating co-occurring disorders and familiarity with DV probationers. The position is office-based (in-person) and supports professional growth, supervision, and licensure reimbursement. Bilingual ability (Spanish/ASL) is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related Behavioral Health field (e.g., MA, MC, MSW)
- Arizona behavioral health license or eligibility for license (LBSW/LMSW/LCSW/LPC)
- Experience with outpatient counseling and coordinating services
- Ability to perform intake, assessment, treatment and discharge planning
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (NextGen a plus)
- Must pass background checks and TB test
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and 4+ years driving experience
- Must be 21+ years old
- Bilingual desired (Spanish/ASL) - pay differential available
