Job Summary
Evaluate clients, construct mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation, and handle billing. Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with the team to fill gaps in community care, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week with a flexible schedule. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- On track to obtain licensure in their designated field in Georgia
- Associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia
- Experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
