Job Summary
Supervise outpatient therapists, case managers, and behavioral health technicians to ensure high-quality therapeutic services and timely assessments. Lead clinical staff meetings, coordinate service resources within budget limits, and direct staff to meet clinical assessment guidelines and treatment plan requirements. Provide clinical supervision, case consultations, and assistance with assessments and case notes while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission guidelines and Medicaid billing regulations. Approve and organize documentation in the Electronic Medical Record and maintain program evaluation data. Collaborate with nursing on psychiatric service compliance and facilitate timely communication with agencies and parents regarding client progress.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a relevant related field
- License in the state of Missouri as an LPC or LCSW
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Three years of professional clinical experience in outpatient or residential treatment providing services to individuals, groups, and families
- Two years of supervisory and administrative experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills of interpersonal engagement, crisis intervention, communication, and child protection
- Strong written, verbal, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Typing and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent physical condition and capable of assuming a leadership role in the programs
- Ability to make objective assessments, evaluations and decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Eligible to supervise provisional licensure for PLPC or LMSW
- Special interest in and knowledge of family systems, experience in residential treatment, child welfare, or a mental health setting
