Job Summary
Coordinate orientation and training for all BMG staff, ensuring documentation is completed, signed off, and presented timely. Provide clinical support and act as an expert resource for daily operations, promoting a positive perception across practices, walk-ins, and school-based wellness centers. Develop, monitor, and recommend clinical staff competencies while creating and implementing practice-level protocols. Assess annual mandatory education, evaluate team members, and participate in performance improvement activities to ensure sustainability of identified practices. Inform leadership of compliance issues, plans created, and operational status. Requires RN with BSN, 5 years nursing experience, and 3 years in clinical education coordination. Salary ranges from $77,584 to $120,265 annually.
Required Qualifications
- RN
- BSN-must be licensed in the State of Delaware
- 5 years nursing experience
- 3 years' experience in coordinating clinical, professional, administrative and clerical educational activities
- DE Driver's license
- no more than 3 moving violations
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Magnet Recognition)
