Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to client needs within home and community contexts. Develop psychosocial assessments and treatment plans, deliver case management services, and collaborate with schools and other support systems. A Master's degree in a related field and two years of experience with youth are mandatory, with a focus on social justice in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Minimum of two years experience working with children and youth
- Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH)
Desired Qualifications
- Full or Associate licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Experience working in community settings
- Strong crisis intervention skills
