Job Summary
Provide case management to children and their families, including identifying and pursuing resources to meet client needs. Deliver in-home or in-office direct services, work with clients’ therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team, and assist with housing, food, vocational, educational, and supportive services. Link clients and families to additional service agencies, attend outside agency meetings, maintain DMH paperwork and deadlines, and manage a caseload of 20+ people. Requires a bachelor's degree and 2 years in social services; Spanish language fluency is strongly preferred. 24-hour crisis intervention support may be required. Salary range $21.80-$23.32 per hour; benefits include employer-sponsored health insurance, dental, vision, life, 403b, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required
- 2 years experience in social services is required
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
