Job Summary
Outpatient Adult Clinical Therapist responsible for assessment, counseling, treatment, and referrals within Pine Rest's Christian Counseling Center. Provides individual, group, family, experiential, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams; ensures timely and accurate medical record documentation; may supervise interns and support crisis safety planning; maintains licensure requirements and engages in ongoing professional development to support recovery-focused, person-centered care for adults with mental health and substance use disorders. The role may involve occasional home visits and weekend or evening hours; aligns with mission to integrate faith-informed care and equity in behavioral health.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure in an accredited Master’s level program in Social Work, licensed Psychologist or Professional Counseling
- Obtain and maintain in good standing certification commiserate with treatment provided
- One to two years of postgraduate clinical experience
- SUD experience preferred
