Job Summary
Oversees Room Service, Pool Bar, and Golf F&B outlets to uphold Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond service standards; manage operations, staffing, training, budgeting, promotions, and cross-department collaboration to deliver personalized, high-quality dining experiences for guests. Responsible for ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency of offerings meet resort standards, coordinating with leadership teams, recruiting and coaching staff, participating in menu planning and promotional initiatives, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and certifications as specified. Must be 21+, hold a valid California driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in hospitality
- At least 2 years of relevant experience and/or training
- Experience running shifts, including scheduling, performance management, problem-solving, guest service, and day-to-day operations
- Must be able to attain a valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire
- RBS Certification required
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no recent violations
- Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
