Outlet Warehouse Team Member

Job Summary
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and baling machines to safely move, stage, store, and organize materials. Receive, sort, and process salvage materials from the sales floor, separating linens from mixed items for transfer to the HH location. Bale outlet commodities such as clothing, plastics, aluminum, pillows, and cardboard to reduce waste and consolidate materials for resale or recycling. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety policies, reporting hazards, and performing inventory counts. Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to outdoor weather, dust, and machinery noise while wearing required PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider
- Must be able to work and cooperate with others
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift certification
- Other relevant certifications
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, baling machines, and other warehouse equipment
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions
- Must pass a drug screen
