Job Summary
Deliver a great consumer experience in store by effectively selling shoes and accessories while maintaining high retail standards across front and back of house areas. Support key store KPIs through consistent sales performance, utilizing technology to enhance the customer journey and ensuring up-to-date product knowledge. Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock as required, and follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards. Work a flexible 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays
- Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers' experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge
- Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team
- Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
- Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required
