Outlet Team Leader, Full Time - Jersey Gardens

Drive sales through outstanding customer service, selling techniques, and maintaining a clean, neat selling floor. Perform supervisory functions in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager, including training, coaching, and onboarding new hires. Partner with the Store Leader to execute operational tasks such as merchandise processing, signing, pricing accuracy, and managing shipments, transfers, and markdowns. Protect company assets by adhering to all operational and cash office procedures. Requires a flexible schedule covering day, evening, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting up to 50lbs, and frequent use of handheld electronic equipment.
