Job Summary
Drive sales and profit by providing customer engagement and merchandising efficiency. Perform point-of-sale register transactions including sales, returns, and payments while maintaining a clean, neat sales environment. Assist with floor recovery by folding, straightening, and ticketing merchandise to ensure items are ready for customers. Protect company assets and adhere to all operational procedures while handling tasks such as pricing, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Requires high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays. Involves prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent use of handheld electronic equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs
