Job Summary
Drive sales and profit by delivering friendly, efficient customer service and assisting with selling floor recovery, including folding, straightening, and ticketing merchandise. Execute point-of-sale transactions for sales, returns, and payments while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Manage stock processing, pricing, and floor readiness to support store operating efficiency. Requires high school diploma, strong communication skills, and ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays. Physical demands include prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent use of handheld technology.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs
