Job Summary
Greet customers, offer assistance, and escort them to racks to direct them toward products. Advise clients on merchandise, build confidence through suggestions, and document sales by updating customer profiles. Process payments using checks, cash, and various credit cards while keeping clientele informed of upcoming sales and new inventory. Stock shelves with company products and check in outside vendor merchandise as it arrives. Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning the break room and employee restrooms. Work five days a week at the Toledo Outlet Store with availability for Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- General math skills
- Availability for shifts on Saturdays
- Must be able to work 5 days/week
- Frequent sitting
- Using hands/fingers to operate office tools and sampling equipment
- Frequent speaking/listening in face-to-face and/or telephone conversations
- Occasional standing/walking in both office and factory environments
- Occasional reaching above shoulders, stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching
