Job Summary
Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently, coordinating merchandise movement from delivery trucks to storage and the sales floor. Maintain stockroom organization, ensure inventory meets quality standards, and accurately tag items for precise tracking. Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles. Lift and mobilize furniture exceeding 100 lbs. while adhering to safety guidelines during prolonged standing and maneuvering throughout the store. Support the Outlet ecosystem by curating beautifully crafted pieces at the intersection of quality, design, and value.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal and team safety
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs.
- Maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks
- Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
