Job Summary
Set up and organize the dishwashing area; operate all equipment assigned in a safe manner; clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and cookware; take inventories of china, silverware, and glassware; ensure kitchen and banquet operations have sufficient supplies to open shifts; maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food prep areas; follow all food safety, chemical safety, and safety procedures; perform supervisor requests and adhere to 4 Keys service standards and SOPs; work cohesively with co-workers and other departments; follow attendance and reliability standards; perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs., including pots and pans and trays of food or food items, on a regular and continuing basis.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- Must have the ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
- Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
