Job Summary
Lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team in RH Outlet locations to deliver extraordinary customer experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain elevated brand standards. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring KPIs to exceed revenue and margin targets, ensuring product knowledge and selling techniques are taught to all team members, executing price changes and markdowns, building client outreach for repeat business, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align sales, operations, and customer service. The role requires leadership to coach and empower staff, uphold safety and inventory standards, and maintain store presentation and brand integrity. Proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google apps is required, with the ability to work a dynamic schedule, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on the sales floor for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through exceptional leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, using proper equipment and safety techniques
- Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
- Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
