Job Summary
Represent the RH brand through professional communication, engaging customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support informed purchasing decisions. Maintain expert knowledge of the full RH assortment, services, and policies while ensuring merchandise presentation reflects the brand aesthetic. Accurately process sales transactions, drive team sales goals, and uphold brand integrity through personalized service. This role requires 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings, with proven success in exceeding sales objectives. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country of application, proficiency in English, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts. Physical duties include lifting up to 25kg, prolonged standing, and maneuvering throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail
- Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems
- Proficiency with iOS devices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Google applications
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Flexibility to work holidays
- Flexibility to work variable shifts
- Proficiency in English
