Job Summary
Greet and assist customers, donors, and team members by proactively engaging, answering questions, and directing them to supervisors. Perform accurate point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and credit card procedures while balancing the till at shift end. Merchandise stock, maintain floor cleanliness, and support team members as needed. Work a flexible schedule in a retail environment with occasional outdoor exposure and physical demands including lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, speak and write Basic English and perform basic math skills
- Able to communicate through standard telephone and wireless audio systems
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
