Job Summary
Receiving Team Member responsibilities include driving sales and profit through efficient inbound/outbound receipt processing and maintaining stockroom standards. Key duties involve offloading, sorting, unpacking and prepping new receipts; processing merchandise to be floor-ready with tagging and ticketing; handling price changes, damages/salvages, and trailer deliveries; maximizing stockroom space and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe receiving area; protecting company assets per procedures; supporting selling team members to provide a positive customer experience. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to read safety rules and manuals, frequent use of computers, and a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Frequent use of computers; able to use and navigate multiple devices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
