Job Summary
Outlet Quality Associate at RH Outlet responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance, repair and housekeeping operations to maintain functionality of the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures. Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, minimize operational disruptions through prioritization and scheduling, and uphold OSHA and HAZMAT safety standards. Emphasizes quality and attention to detail, strong communication, organization and project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced outlet environment. Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing physically demanding duties such as prolonged standing and various movements around the outlet floor, stock room and office.
