Serve as Manager on Duty for the store during the Store Manager's or Assistant Manager's absence. Consistently deliver positive sales performance by up-selling customers on multiple pairs and accessories while exemplifying the Clarks Brand. Organize store merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures, practice impeccable customer service, and create a comfortable environment for all colleagues. Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies while adhering to physical requirements for standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
