Job Summary
Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Consistently deliver positive sales performance by up-selling customers on multiple pairs and accessories while exemplifying the Clarks Brand. Organize store merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures, practice impeccable customer service skills, and follow loss prevention procedures. Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues. This part-time role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
