Outlet - PT Team Lead

Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, consistently delivering positive sales performance. Organize store merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures while practicing impeccable customer service skills. Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate, exemplify the Clarks Brand, and follow all loss prevention and shrinkage policies. Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues. This role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
