Job Summary
Oversee the outlet's physical operation and production processes, assign and supervise production staff, interview and assist with hiring, coach and train employees, address performance and safety issues, coordinate dock activities, prepare reports, and ensure safe, efficient, and customer-satisfactory warehouse operations. Role requires productivity focus, communication with the public, and ability to perform production tasks as needed; forklift operation may be involved per Seattle Goodwill standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year’s production experience or equivalent
- Forklift Certification if applicable
