Job Summary
Load product into customer vehicles using proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damage. Install and tighten hardware, adjust doors, attach legs to sofas, and fasten tops on entertainment units. Assist with cleanliness of the Outlet and product staging area by keeping floors clear of debris and vacuuming carpets daily. Maintain positive interactions with sales staff, distribution personnel, and customers while actively participating in team efforts to improve customer satisfaction. Offer new ideas and suggestions to enhance the Outlet's systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma or GED
- Basic tool knowledge and use
- 5-day, 40-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Heavy lifting in excess of 75 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach and be on feet for long periods of time
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Basic Computer knowledge
