Job Summary
Lead the Outlet Manager role for The Hoxton Bengaluru City's new neighbourhood hotel, partnering with the Director of Food & Beverage to create exceptional guest experiences and maximize restaurant profitability. Manage operating expenses, analyze performance data, and drive revenue through commercial initiatives while overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly budgets. Coach and develop the team to ensure high performance, collaborate with the Kitchen team for seamless operations, and implement new brand initiatives. Requires 2+ years in outlet management, experience with budgeting and forecasting, and a proven track record leading large restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams. Join an innovative international group opening Asia's first Hoxton in Bengaluru's city centre.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully leading large teams across restaurants, kitchens, and bars
- Natural leader who builds trust and takes people on the journey with you
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar outlet management position within a dynamic and vibrant environment
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting and understand the financial requirements of running a successful Food & Beverage operation
- Able to manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets and can analyse results in detail to identify trends and opportunities
- Keen eye for detail, even under pressure
- Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without ever losing sight of the bigger picture
