Job Summary
Supervise daily Room Service operations, manage staffing levels, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Direct, train, and mentor employees to uphold food and beverage standards while monitoring performance and addressing developmental needs. Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints, and collect feedback to drive continuous service improvement. Manage departmental budgets, track financial goals, and participate in performance appraisal processes. Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
